Kathleen has been very friendly and helpful when I have visited this location. She is knowledgeable about the product- and even though the particular item I am looking for was not yet in stock in my size, she showed me similar and matching items that she thought I would like. The store is in the BWI Airport, and because of the kindness of everyone in the store, especially Kathleen, I will visit this store again- over a location in my home state. Thanks!
