The sales lead, Kathleen was very knowledgeable and showed me new product she also showed me items exclusive to Maryland. The store looked fabulous.

The salesperson was very friendly & helpful in making suggestions. This is an airport location not near my home. Otherwise I would definitely go back sooner.

The sales personal at this location were exceptional. I purchase almost all my charms at this store. The girls go above and beyond anyone. They cleaned each charm by hans and I have 21 charms 3 spacers and a clasp. And I bought 2 charms. And I will return to this store next time I travel.

I was traveling through the Baltimore airport and wanted to get my daughter something and felt Pandora would be perfect. It was my daughters first Pandora bracelet and charm. She loves it and can not wait to receive another charm. The lady that helped me was wonderful and very knowledgeable of the merchandise.
