The sales associate was very friendly and welcoming. Brought and showed me many items in the earring section and helped me choose some at the price point I was looking for. She was patient with me when I asked if I could call my daughter and ask her opinion of the items I was buying.

Kathleen M. took the time to show me new items that would enhance my selection. We discussed gift options for Mother’s Day and even something for me. Being a high traffic store located in BWI airport, Kathleen put her efforts forth even with a high probably that no sale would be made. She was a pleasure to work with and it was my pleasure to purchase my new bracelet from her.

The sales staff was attentive and friendly.. I was very happy with my purchase, my bracelet is beautiful. The conviene of the location was supreme, as I was at the airport and my boyfriend needed to purchase me a birthday gift..

This was the very first Pandora store that i walked in almost a year ago and i have been hooked and obsessed with Pandora every since. I am on my third bracelet. Every Sales Associate has been absolutely wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable.
