I was in a different country. This allowed me unique pieces to choose from. This is also why I chose unlikely to return to this store. I love the quality of pandora regardless of location.

Exceptional customer service! The store was in the Baltimore Airport, being a nervous flier, I went into the store to reduce stress. I lost myself in the moment and purchased 2 beautiful rings and forgot all about my flying anxiety!!

The sales associates were amazing--such sweet women. The one helping me (I wish I remembered her name) took so much time with me to pick out exactly what I wanted, and made suggestions that were perfect. Just overall great people.

Virginia was extremely knowledgeable about the jewelry, and was patient while I asked a lot of questions about each bracelet. She showed me many different options as well. She was also very personable, and took her time to learn about me not only as a customer, but as a person as well.
