The sales clerk was very helpful and kind I am not a fan of the charm bracelet styles of jewelry but I really liked the ring selection The location at BWI airport was super convenient

Virginia and the other saleslady were both very helpful and knowledgeable of the product. When I asked about a product I received, that I thought I was unable to use, they offered suggestions on ways I can use the minicharms on my bracelet that I was previously unaware of. Both ladies presented the current sale offer, in addition to the sales flyer being posted around the store. This was a very pleasant shopping experience.

Store is located in BWI airport. Didn't have a lot of time to shop, but service was sensitive to this. Sales associate knew right where what I was looking for was located and made my purchase quick and painless.

I am a Pandora fan of 10 years. At BWI I had 6hrs to kill because I missed my original flight. Virginia C. #114211 came over to assist me as the other sales clerk was taking care of another customer. Virginia C. knew the products very well and many of the prices from memory. She went straight to the bracelet charm I requested (airplane). Plus answered my questions about the discoloration of my Pandora necklace. She asked a few questions about my necklace and then provided me with maintenance suggestions so I could keep it looking shiny new, before offering to wash it. As I waited Virgina C. was as able to gift wrap my purchase, verbally assisting the other sales clerk with her customer, and answered questions of yet another customers who came in window shopping. All the while Virginia C. listened and participated in a polite conversation with me and a 4th customer (also buying an airplane) about why we missed our flights lolol! This made it a sweet and memorable occasion. I wish Virginia C. could run the Nashville Pandora store in the Cool Springs Mall. 🤗 It would be very nice having her expertise and her multi-tasking skill sets there!

The price is very good. I find that what are want and more. The sales person is a very nice person.
