Virginia was extremely polite and professional. She showed me different rings and was knowledgeable about the prices. I love the ring I found at this store!

The associate I worked with was only on the job for 6 days and even though she didn't know where everything was located, she worked with another team member and found out information on everything I was looking at in a timely manner. She was also very friendly.

The saleswomen were incredibly helpful and attentive in my selection of rings. This was my first time shopping at Pandora, and I was pleasantly surprised at the prices of many of the rings I looked at. My only concern is that this location is at an airport terminal (BWI) and the majority of people shopping had bags with them; this made getting around the space difficult.
