The store associate was so friendly & helpful, this is the second time I have had this ring replaced because stones fell out of it.

Stopped in the store at BWI airport as I had about an hour before my flight. I was looking for a specific gift, even though I wasn't able to find what I wanted the staff was extremely helpful with my search, provided additional ideas and helped me choose an alternative that will surely please the recipient.
