The customer service is always good and friendly.... I have been in to this store and looked at the rings three or four times in the past few months. I finally bought one. They did have the 25% off sign from Black Friday still in the window which made me sad to enter and find it was a human error in advertising... The associates knew and shared a great deal about the new products and some charms of interest as well.

The salesperson, Christen was not only pleasant but very knowledgeable about the current promotions.

Store was at international airport and the sales assistants were delightful and helped my friend and I purchase more than we had gone in for. They were very knowledgeable and suggested savings with Black Friday sale and ensured all the customers were served in front and behind us in a courteous swift and clever way. In the end we bought a lot more than intended but it really is lovely jewellery and the beautifully decorated store was begging us to go inside. Well done!
