The salesperson, Mrs. Creela, immediately came to my assistance. She was super friendly, helping me find the perfect item to gift my mom for her birthday. The variety of the store was impressive for just being an airport store.

Beautiful store. The two sales associates were so helpful, patient, kind, and informative. By far the best Pandora store that I have been in. I do not live in the Baltimore area, I only travel through for work, but I will visit this store every opportunity that I get.

it was in the Baltimore airport, near my gate. Sales person helped me right away and suggested a bracelet with a free offer to boot. she was awesome and i was delighted. if i'm ever there again i will shop there.

Ms. Creela was full of positive energy and very helpful. She made me feel like she genuinely cared about my buying experience. She wasn't too aggressive but kept me engaged into the Pandora experience. My understanding was that Ms. Creela was fairly new, I couldn't tell. Great experience and I will be stopping back soon!

I was in a big hurry as I was catching a plane and the girl helping me listened to me and found exactly what I was looking for without wasting time.

The sales lady, Creela S, was very helpful and banter with us in the store. She was also very pleasant and accommodating. The only fall back was that the ring cleaner wasn't working so we couldn't clean our other Pandora rings that we were already wearing, other than that we had an amazing time there and bought 2 rings!
