Taking a trip to visit Grandchild! Brought Pandora from this store, on my last visit to BWI airport. It's clean and the sales associates are very professional. I was assisted by Creela S. I let her know that my first bracelet was stolen so I was slowly replacing items. She was very patient and gave me my military discount which was 10% off. I brought 2 charms which were the "Wintry Delight and Love You Lock'. Little did I know that my gift from my granddaughter and mother when I returned home was the "Aqua Heart Sterling Sliver"! What a Surprise! My new Charm Bracelet is becoming more beautiful everyday!

When I entered the store located in the Baltimore airport, I did not have a lot of time due to the departure time of my flight. I was immediately greeted and assisted in a very timely fashion. I was looking for a specific charm for a pandora bracelet and the sales representative was very knowledgeable of the available products. The customer service was excellent, which I have great appreciation for since I have experience in sales management.

The sales staff was simply excellent and I love how they wear the merchandise and it helped me to make my purchase.

For me the sales woman was so very kind and forthcoming. I talked intimately about my bracelet with her. She set the tone and I’m grateful for her.
