The friendliness of the staff, the knowledge of various products and the willingness to help the customers.

Very friendly staff. The 2 associates in the store were very busy with customers but didn’t show any signs of frustration or being overwhelmed. They diligently worked to find requested items by each customer and made my purchase easy and fast. I fly through this airport all the time and love this store. Even if I don’t buy anything the staff is genuine each time I stop by just to look. Today was Valentines Day and the store was busy and yet it was a pleasure shopping.

Salesperson Kristin was very personable & patient as I had never purchased a Pandora product. She was a great help.
