Customer service was excellent!

The sales associate was very nice and helpful and offered lots of choices. I ended up purchasing one of the charms she suggested. I would not have thought of this item as a gift without her help.

I was in the Pandora Store at the Baltimore Airport. I had a long layover before my flight. I have never been in a Pandora Store before. I met the sales associate Paulette who immediately made a connection with me. I was just there to look but I saw some beautiful things and decided to shop in earnest. Paulette was so lovely and helpful it was like shopping with a girlfriend. She helped me pick put a beautiful bracelet that said "You are loved". She herself had many bracelets and charms on her wrists. She clearly loves her job and loves sales and speaking with people. Go Paulette! I will not be back to Baltimore airport any time soon but when I go back, I'll ask for Paulette but she will probably have been promoted by then!

Stopped at this particular Pandora store during a layover, awaiting a connecting flight. Have no plans on returning to this particular airport anytime soon.

The employees were friendly and helpful. It was apparent that they liked their jobs and were glad to be at work. They recommended a charm that was an exclusive and a great momento for my trip

Both Miss Melinda and Miss India are extremely knowledgeable and were very helpful and friendly!

The quality of the charms has determined the past 10 years. I came to replace one that was stolen, and I’m not confident in the quality of the new charms. Nor bracelet. The selection was also sub par. I enjoyed the customer service. Kudos to the sales associates.
