Manager returned from lunch and jumped right in to help me as there were several people that came into the store shortly after I did.

The store is located in Terminal C at BWI Airport and did not have the same atmosphere as most businesses in busy airports do. It was clean, orderly, the noise level was very low, and the salespeople were extremely friendly, courteous and not "pushy" at all.

This Pandora location had exactly what I was looking for. The item that I purchased was out of stock online and at several Pandora’s near my hometown. The sales associate was very professional and helpful. When she heard me discussing the type of charms that I wanted for my bracelet, she showed me the latest charms for that theme.
