Very friendly sales associates; my first Pandora experience ever while departing out of Baltimore Washington Airport. Very helpful staff because I was new to the Pandora experience. Based on my very positive shopping experience, I would visit another Pandora store. And when back in Baltimore, definitely will stop in at the BWI Airport shop!

The manager went above and beyond to assist my daughter via Whattsap video call who was in Jamaica.. She was very knowledgeable with the charms that the teenagers crave for and even though my daughter was indecisive she definitely assisted us without frustration.
