The two sales associates suggested complimentary pieces. They complimented my choices and didn’t hesitate to show me items they thought I might like. I didn’t really care for the fact that one associate put rings on my finger herself, I don’t think it’s appropriate to touch a customer without permission

The staff at BWI airport were dresses well, professional, kind, helpful. I think we made it nice for each other. Nice small talk, some laughs. Nice girls made the visit nice.

^The clerk was very helpful in finding the right charm for my granddaughter. The store was in the airport with easy access. The clerk let me know of an item that was on sale that I would not have normally have purchasef.

The sales associate was so friendly and informative. She was excited to show us all the charms that fell into the categories we talked about! And she gave us special qualities about the charms! She was a doll!
