Christen was great! She made us feel welcomed and wasn’t pushy on what we should buy. She listened to what we had in mind and showed us options that fit what we were looking for. We even ended buying more than planned!

When I fly out of BWI Airport, I almost always stop in the Pandora store to see what is new. I am always greeted in a friendly manner. I enjoyed checking out the new beads for Christmas today. I appreciated that I was not rushed. I was given plenty of time to make my selections.
