Paulette was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! She went above and beyond during my visit at her store.

I love stopping at the BWI Airport Pandora store. I always go to sales associate,Virginia, for help. She is super knowledgeable and nice. She has helped me with many purchases in the past year and a half. You are lucky to have her. She helped me select a ring that was just right for me. She showed me your new diamond line of jewelry. It’s beautiful. Unfortunately at this time I can’t afford it. But it will be on my Christmas list.

Was traveling and stopped at the store at the airport. The sales lady and I are from the same area back home(Adirondacks of New York). I am always happy when I run into someone from home. She is very knowledgeable of the bracelet I was purchasing. My daughters bought me a “Reflection” bracket 4 yrs ago and really too big so I purchases a smaller one.

Kristen and Kenora(spelling) were great associates and 2 that you would definitely want representing your store. I am very uneducated on Pandora products but they did an amazing job helping me make a perfect selection.

Came in and was immediately greeted by the sales associate. I told her what I was looking for and thewas knowledgeable with the selection available. The overall experience was friendly, quick and excellent.

Kristen, the associate, helped me choose a present for a friend. She was professional and knowledgeable about the different Pandora products. If the store was not at the airport I would probably return to Kristen for help with future purchases.
