The staff were very friendly and helpful, They found what I was looking for and were able to bundle it with some other things for a few dollars more.

This is my first Pandora piece. My son and daughter-in-law purchased the most lovely bracelet. It has my birthstone and a charm with “Grandma “ engraved. It was just a bit too small. They purchased in VA, Tyson’s Corner. I exchanged for the larger bracelet in Greensburg PA. Westmoreland Mall. Both Diana’s could not have been nicer. They noted the engraved charm, and wished they had the capability to engrave at the Greensburg store. It was a quick transaction. I will definitely be returning to add on to my lovely bracelet. In this day it is so refreshing to have sales associates who are so helpful and friendly.
