As usual the staff is friendly. Brooklyn was excellent and knowledgeable. The tablets used to complete the transaction had a problem and Brooklyn handled this situation quickly.

I went in just for a cleaning. While doing that the customer service was amazing. I can’t remember her name, I believe it was Jaden or Brooklyn caught that my Disney 100 bracelet was damaged. I told her the story on how it was damaged when I got it and she had it replaced no questions asked. I thought that was amazing. I usually don’t do surveys but I wanted to make sure her and her team get some recognition.

I never really know what I want but the sales ladies helped. I love my 2 new charms. I will definitely be back at the westmoreland pandora store located in the mall.

Diana was so helpful! She really took the time with us to pick out 8 different charms for my mom's bracelet. She asked questions to see what we were looking for and gave us lots of options. We left there very happy thanks to Diana! She is very pleasant and friendly my mom even gave her a hug when we left!

Went there before and they didn't have what I was looking for but went back in a week and they had it! Also the service is amazing! Very clean!

At a previous visit I was told to join the Pandora club. I did and received an email about the Disney 100 collection I have been purchasing for my wife. Because I was informed by a store employee I joined the club. I received the email and went in to purchase the Mini Mouse charm the day it became available. Terry was excited to show me the new charm. She was extremely knowledgeable about the collection and was very professional; this was undoubtably an excellent shopping experience. I was also on my lunch break and Terry was able to perfectly balance being thorough AND expediting the process. This was all an indication that the Westmoreland Mall Pandora store is well-managed and well trained.
