I was looking for a ring to treat myself. One of the workers was so patience with me and has a better eyesight than me to know what shape of the ring design is. I ended up with one of the stacking ring with a heart shape and love the way it looks. She’s also good at socializing with customers like me and understand the joking of using the ring as a fake engagement to get away from unwanted men. She’s excellent at recommending me to buy jewelry cleaner. Overall, best experience I’ve ever had.

Merchandise selection and availability, friendliness of the sales associate and she offered up suggestions on additional merchandise that paired well with the charms I selected on my own.

The in store pickup was easy and efficient. The associate who helped me with the pick up order also helped me learn how to use my new bracelet. I also made an in store purchase in addition to the store pick up order. That was also a great experience as Neysa S. was very friendly and helpful.
