I went to shop for earrings for my grand daughter’s 10th birthday. My sales associate was very helpful in making my decision.

The staff made the experience delightful for myself and my teen daughter. Their enthusiasm, kindness, attentiveness, and product knowledge turned our shopping into an 'experience'. We had so much fun, and would go back purely based on the customer service (we also like the product very much, and the store was beautiful, temptingly staged, and gleaming). Thanks to all three staff members present for making us feel super welcomed.

Kelly was so great! They helped me with organizing my bracelet and taking time to go through recommendations. Felt like I was talking to a friend rather than a salesperson, very personable and fun!

The store manager, as well as all of the employees are extremely polite, happy, very knowledgeable, always smiling. It’s always an amazing experience. Every time I go, and the only reason why I go to that store only I’ve never been to another store as good as this one. This is the reason why I shop there so frequently because I will stop in just to say hello and always end up buying some thing because of it.

Lady who helped us was very patient given the fact that we had to purchase multiple charms for different people from different people. It was stressful but she helped us get through it and we came out with amazing gifts for our loved ones!
