I bought 6 items of Pandora ME, I asked the employee to promote a Kit to save and the employee told me that I would have to spend $ 150 for her to give me the Kit, when there is a promotion that says: buy 3 and get a free kit

The sales reps. Were not friendly, too serious and when one of my daughters said to one of them, “I feel like I am bothering you” the sale rep just said “nope” we spend close to $600.00. They were not friendly at all.

Went to purchase a charm for a bracelet I just got and used a gift card I got from a previous return then I went to pay anc she said the gift card didn't work and couldn't find any of my information when I had the prior receipt from the return when I got the gift card . the next day I noticed a charm missing from my bracelet that I had the night I was having the associate put on the new charm so I thought that she forgot to put the old one back on and when I called they were no help at all with if I left it there or they forgot to put it back on . I will be contacting corporate

The lady was very rude and did not treat me like she treated the other customers.
