After I selected the beads I wanted the sales associate got them from the stock under the display. I did not check out the beads before I paid for them, which was a mistake. The script on the bead is completely off center, and I cannot exchange or return it because it was a sale item.

There were two associates working when I went in & both were so rude. I was the only customer shopping at the time.

There was a very long wait for assistance, in other words, it took a very long time to make a transaction

The associate was very nice but MUCH too talkative and wasn’t very kbowledgeable. She took the time to assist me but just wasn’t understanding I guess what I was looking for. I explained I was shopping for my 7 year old niece and she just wasn’t as helpful as some other stores I visited that day. She also was much too talkative for my like. She asked what I did for work and couldn’t really hold a conversation as she clearly didn’t understand my job but yet kept trying to engage. Just not a good overall experience. Whereas I had the complete opposite at Swarovski that very same day. Had a great experience the associate there was excellent!

Only issue I have is that I never received my purchase receipt via email.

The saleswoman treated me badly. She asked me if I already know want I want to buy and I told her no, then I asked her to show some charms and she told me that the Pandora has more then 600 hundres pieces and she can’t do it. Instead she brought the catalog and made me choose from it. I just did it because I was almost 2:00 hours from the my home and the next store I will need to drive at least more 40 minutes. I will never came back again in that store in Nashua I felt disrespectful.

The sales associate was extremely rude. Very little stock in the store

A product of mine broke within a week of receiving the gift and was not given a receipt and when trying to resolve the issue the sale associates were rude and unhelpful.
