Prices have gone up. Staff doesn’t care much, a little attitude. We walked in and had to stand there until they decided to offer help even though there was 2 or 3 staff available. Maybe cause it’s xmas time and they’re tired and busy? Either way, it’s a present, personally I dislike pandora but I feel I should’ve been treated well just the same.

i felt like i was being rushed woman took my name but did NOTHING WITH IT i came back after an hour b/c o wait time i was told. asked if my name was next still had to wait behind 7 ppl she looked at me like i had 10 heads. i just think it was ridiculous overall. i wasn't even offered a box or bag for my rings she just expected me to wear it out of the store after i paid. and my bag looked nothing like anyone elses they had tissue in theirs with a box to place jewelry in not me. IT first time ive gone into a Pandora and my experience was not as expected i was not important to the sales associate she just wanted me out of the store.

There were maybe 5-6 associates working. 1 associate was helping another customer and the others did not acknowledge me whatsoever (myself and 1 other customer was in the store). I continued to browse the store until the one associate who did have a customer asked me if I needed help, once I told her yes, she asked another associate to help me. Not sure what the other associates were all doing, but very unprofessional to have so many associates and no acknowledgement from them.

The sales person was not very friendly. She acted like I was bothering her when I asked to see more than 1 item. Would not return.

The girl “helping” with my rings was obviously just trying to sell up her commission and was not listening at all. I came in for one silver ring and she was putting 2-4 on my finger at a time calling them “stacks” with multiple colors. I had to reminder her twice that I was only going to be purchasing a single silver ring and she began to have an attitude and continue putting gold and rose gold rings on me in counts of 2-4.

I was not happy that the agent could not fix my address on the web site. it had taken a while fir it to get fixed with ups. I will only shop in store now.

The Way the sales rep greeted me like I was bothering her. When I asked to see more selection she kept going on and on about if I can't find something I like she would have to take out more trays I felt that she was rude. Not sure if this survey reflects the person who cashed me out because that was a different person who was pleasant

One of the sale associates were rude. If she’s there when I want or need something I will go elsewhere. The associate that waited on us was perfectly fine.

Both sales associates in the Nashua store were extremely rude to me. I have spent over 800 dollars there in 3 weeks and I won’t be returning.
