Sales associate was not very friendly! I was handed a charm Anna then gave it back and they looked at another! When I choose the one I wanted the associate kept looking at me as if I had the other one in my pocket even though I had already given it back to her! I did not appreciate that at all! I will not be going back!

The sales associate was rude. She seemed like she was rushing every customer. I witnessed her help an older man, he was not sure what to choose for merchandise. He was shopping for his wife. The associate said “ we have over 82 pages of merchandise so you have to be more specific”. I just thought she was a little cold, and I haven’t had that before in that store.

The gal that was helping me seemed to not be very engaged in helping me shop. She seemed like she wanted to get me in and out as soon as possible and it felt like she was a little bit annoyed when I asked to see more beads. However when I had paid and she gave me my package she was so overly friendly and so nice and like bye, bye, out you go....I haven't shopped in months and was really put off by this. I will not go back to that store which is fine. Thank you

Need more people working at the stores and more proactive sell agents .

I had to wait for almost an hour to get in the store. Also, one of the employees wasn’t being nicr to me. She lets other customers go in the store before us even we were the first person in the line.

My last two rings it kinda similar to an engagement ring within two weeks after purchasing I returned to the store to exchange or return if I couldn’t find anything and the cashier attempted to argue with me that she couldn’t return the ring because is been used. Now, I haven’t used the ring and was within compliance of the return policy. What was interesting to me was that on the middle of our interaction I asked her about a ring that I had (pandora) if looked used and old and she ignored my ring, looked at hers and said my is few years old and just started to show that is been used. So I told her interested bc I haven’t used the ones I don’t want and you said is showing that’s been used. So I decided on purchasing a ring which end up being an exchange. As she was processing my transaction she said to me “just want to let you know again you can’t return used merchandise” I reply but I haven’t returned anything used, you’re implying that I’ve? She said “no, just letting you know the return policy” with a sarcasm ton. Now, taking a return absolutely sucks but you should treat your customers the same way as when they purchased if you understand what customer service is

Associate not helpful.

I did not feel like a valued customer. The associate who helped me was not that engaging nor did I get a positive vibe from her. I almost felt like I was a bother for her.

My purchase was supposed to come with a gift, person charged me but failed to tell me they “didn’t” have any more of the promised gift (she looked and another employee was “helping” her) and when I realized I wasn’t getting it I said something and another employee magically found the gift tucked in the back which I saw (same employee that was helping her)...I am appalled!!! I wonder what else they are hiding from the customers, so they can keep the gifts for themselves...!!!
