You advertised about the new bracelet you have, but the store didn’t have it in stock yet. It’s very frustrating to drive an hour to the store only to find out they don’t have it! It also took them an xremelybmong time to figure out how much my ring was (which I bought).

Upon walking in, there were no other customers in the store. I saw 2 employees. One was eating something and the other was talking to her. The employee who was eating was the only one who acknowledged me, the other employee just stopped talking and busied herself.

I would have liked the store to have more stock for charms available in the store.

While the store was very busy it was difficult to look at all of the merchandise in the cases. Also, previously when I visited Pandora during the holiday season there was a waitlist to ensure customers were being helped in the order they got to the store. This time around I could not find an employee maintaining a list like this therefore, I walked around until I was greeted.

What I like was looking for couldn’t find that in the store

I came in for the Promotion but also to exchange a bracelet I previously bought. I wore it once and discovered one of the stones fell out of the Radiant Hearts Light Pink CZ & Enamel bracelet. I have been back to the store twice now and their stock hasn't been restocked and I was unable to exchange. The staff was very apologetic and told me that they anticipated more inventory soon due to an upcoming promotion with this bracelet. I also wanted to get the Rose Sparkling Loveknot as my free ring with purchase and was VERY disappointed in its quality. I have purchased many Pandora charms, bracelets and rings and thought this ring looked very cheaply made.
