The sales person wasn't very knowledgeable. Seemed like her and her assiciates were in a hurry to close. Spent $135.00 might have spent more.

The Pandora assistent wasn’t very friendly. It almost made me not to purchase, but my husband insisted to buy me a gift. I love Pandora’s pieces, expecially the bracelets and charms. But i didn’t really want to purchase anything in that visit.

The sales associate asked me to prove that I had purchased the product that I needed to exchange. The Aurora dress lost a piece mad I was not aware of it because it’s a piece you can’t damage due to it being hand painted. I felt like she was doubting that I had bought the product at Pandora. It was a gift from my husband and we didn’t have a receipt with us.

There was no greeting when entering the store. All sales seems to be busy. Not a frendly welcoming environment.

The moment I came in, I saw the woman who helped me back in December but I ended up greeted by another one. She doesn't seem to be happy working with me, in one or two instances answered my question sarcastically. She needs to brush up on how financing works, good thing I am a business manager using Synchrony bank so I was able to tell her that she needs my id and a credit card. After 'everything' was done, she said 'Thank you' but I pointed out to her the two other charms I bought which she forgot and was just laying on the counter.
