Had to have a ring replaced twice now because a stone falls out.

The options available at the time, also I had to return a 2nd time as the bracelet I exchanged I was provided the wrong size

I have been looking for this particular charm for quite sometime was so happy it was there

In general everything is perfect. the quality and style is gorgeous, each style is unique. Earrings, bracelets, rings, necklaces, pendants jewelry collection is special. High quality.

There was a huge sign saying 30% off but than in small print only certain items. That small print should be as big as the sign.

There are not enough sales in the store, when the promotion begins, we need to wait for a while.

The rep was not very knowledgeable. I did not feel that she understood what I was looking for. Very introverted

It was good, I can not say extra friendly or extra anything. Just good, satisfying.

Nobody greeted me when I came into the store three times.

Only flaw was the store size. It was a bit busy, but only having a few people in the store makes it’s hard to walk around for a bigger girl like myself.
