Nothing wowed me bc I was in for one reason and I knew what I wanted so there wasn’t much for anyone to do.

I was satisfied with my visit to Pandora. The saleswoman was friendly and not pushy. The store was a little small, and it seemed a bit cramped. I felt like I was in the way while shopping for rings. Also, I wish the Pandora Shine collection of promise rings was more robust. It's very limited

I was the only customer in the store. There were two employees on the floor. The sales clerk would not put the entire tray selection of size 5 rings on the counter for me to look at and try on. The employee insisted on keeping the tray in the locked display case, due to company rules, and would only pull out one ring at a time. This frustrated me, as I wanted to try on quite a few rings before making a final selection. I was with my 92 year old mother in law and we were definitely not clients that looked as if we intended to rob the store. The store policy made our ring selection time consuming and nerve wracking.

I went in to exchange a gift that was given to me. I was told I could not exchange my Pandora item without a receipt. The item (a ring) was in its original package with the tag still attached.

I wasn't highly satisfied because online it stated the item was in stock but wasn't. It was quite busy and I felt rush couldn't really look through everything.

It wasn’t much of an experience. I walked in knowing what I wanted, but explained I didn’t know my ring size. The sale’s associate had my try one size, then we sized down and all she said was size is based on preference. Then I just pointed and asked to try on the ones I liked without any “sales” from the associate. “Sales” as in suggesting pieces, stacks, colors, shapes, etc. There wasn’t any of that so it didn’t make for much of an experience at the store.

Because Pandora has discontinued the heart shaped flags of the USA and other countries. NOT GOOD at all. My girls and I all have Pandora bracelets and collect charms from countries and cities that we visit. I often buy USA heart flag charms for my visitors from the UK and other countries. Please bring back the heart shaped flag charms - and introduce a Welsh one too!
