I felt the sales girl was very overwhelmed. I felt rushed and she was not much help. I tried on 2 rings and she ended up giving me the wrong size. I did not notice til I was home. I would probably go to a different store. She was not at all professional. I do however love my purchase!

I felt rushed like she was kind of just tossing things in the box. and I ended up not going with rings, decided on a charm and she like started making faces to her co workers almost insinuating that I was either being picky or annoying. so that did make me extremely uncomfortable because it made me feel like she felt she was forced to help me and didn’t actually want to.

everything is beautiful but in my experience this time not very satisfied because very quickly they taught me what I wanted and I felt that I should make my purchase quickly. without appreciating details.

The sales associate didn't seem sure of her self. When I usually go into the store the associates usually suggest how to place the charms either on a bracelets this time I purchased a necklace and she seemed un sure of how to place the charms on the necklace with the O ring.

The associate HOPE seemed bored, and tired..That is the first time in many years that Pandora has had a sales associate, that did not really want to wait on us.

I knew exactly what I wanted and explained it in detail. She showed me the more expensive somewhat similar charm first, then tried to sell me jewelry cleaner and pushed opening a credit card. I bought the least expensive charm and yet she still asked if I was interested in purchasing a gift set. In the past I have never felt pressured to purchase more than I had intended. However she was quite friendly and polite about it.

I used to work in this location. The staff are not very friendly, except Kristy (I hope I got that right!). Store manager was impersonal. I couldn't look at trays, so I didn't know what was available. I purchased Christmas gifts, wasn't offered a gift receipt.

The line was a bit long and didn’t necessarily try and go faster. The line people were close and not six feet apart and the associated did not mention anything. But overall they were nice and tried their best.
