My husband bought me the Harry Potter Bracelet and charms. It's absolutely beautiful!

The sign outside store said free bracelet with purchase of 125.00 only if you open a credit card that is not right.

The store was busy and there was only one associate working at the time. I saw a few customers leave because they didn’t have the patience to wait. I knew exactly what I wanted so my purchase was quick and easy. The sales associates were both friendly and nice.

I got a ring that I don’t love and will be exchanging it for a different one

Went to your store at the Pheasant Lane Mall and they are ALWAYS out of stock on take home books of your merchandise. They recommended to tell you and ask you to send me a book... Can I get the latest book and please stock YOUR stores!! Also would LOVE to be able to really see and feel your merchandise. Always under lock and key!! I know you worry about theft, but take my credit card number and really let me explore and touch!! You got GREAT STUFF!!! My wife loves her charm bracelet and each event I get her a new charm... Keep up the GREAT WORK!!!!

Certain items/products were out of stock. It was very crowded(but it was a Mothers Day weekend). I think there should have been more stock of items knowing the amount of sales would be high for mothers day.

The store it’s self is small when you have little ones, so it wasn’t very easy moving around. But overall it was a nice Experience the associate was very friendly and helpful and cared a lot on what we needed.
