Pandora Jewelry

This was my first experience in a Pandora store and I was looking for a bracelet for my 11 year old granddaughter for her birthday. I had looked online to see what there was so had an idea what I wanted when I arrived in the store. The Sales Associate greeted me promptly upon my arrival and, after hearing what I wanted, she told me what my options were and explained everything to me. My selections were made and she gift wrapped it for me. She very nicely explained care of the bracelet and what to do if it didn't fit well, and that it could be exchanged if needed. I am happy to say that my grand daughter was thrilled with everything and I look forward to returning to add to the bracelet. Thanks PANDORA!!

Both of the sales associates were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the different types of earrings I was looking for. They informed me about upcoming events and advised me to take the survey to let them know how they had performed. They gave me a catalog of products and now have fallen in love with several other items. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you.

The sales person who helped me was very dedicated. She was also very friendly and shared her thoughts about the charms and which ones would look great. She did an amazing job!

I was there with my sister so maybe the associate didn't think I also needed assistance. I had to ask her a few times.

The associate that waited on me was awesome, but some of the other associates were a little rude cutting in on our dealings, without even saying excuse me.

My experience at Pandora jewelry pheasant was has as expected. I like going there because is convenient for me. Otherwise I will rather go to the other location in Salem.
