My Pandora experience was very good because I felr welcomed. The employees helped me find what I was looking for immediately and even looked in other places to try and find what I was looking for. I was very pleased and will most definitely be back soon.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was undecided and she really helped me out. Very professional.

The 3 associates bent over backwards to help me. After having been to another location where the associates were less than helpful, saying they didn't have the earrings I wanted and had no idea when they'd get them. This location had them, but they hadn't been put out yet, but they gladly found them for me. They were very patient with me while I tried to decide what to pick out for my free gift.

The salesperson was highly knowledgeable. She was very friendly. She made us feel at home.

The sales associates were very helpful. They also remembered me from another recent visit. My husband and I were treated nicely! I had a large purchase, and all my pieces were boxed, and I received all the gift wrap I need for Christmas!!!

The staff is nice, and I like the charms.

They knew exactly what I was looking for and the item is amazing quality

Salesperson was extremely helpful and she even offered to clean the Pandora earrings that i was wearing. The first associate that was helping us was leaving as her shift was over so the next woman was the most helpful and friendly. I believe her name was Crystal

Crystal and Maggie were excellent sale associates. They both were very knowledgeable, knew the merchandise and were very sweet, patience and kind. Crystal spent a couple of hours with me today, showing me merchandise, all her suggestions lead to a purchase but most important, the years I have purchased charms, bracelets etc., I never found the time to put my bracelets together, (I know sad) smile. Crystal assisted me by putting together my four bracelets. I'm not sure if this is something you offered. but I REALLY - REALLY APPRECIATED her for doing that for me! THANKS Crystal! Excellent, customer service and I put two items on hold with Crystal for the upcoming 10/16 promotion. Thanks again, Maggie and Crystal! Barbara Thomas
