Crystal in the Nashua store is awesome. I work in the jewelry dept in a Macys and would steal her away if I had the chance. She should be a supervisor or manager! We walked in to 1 associate at the desk, busy filling jewelry trays and got NO greeting as we looked around. We were going to leave until Crystal appeared. She’s amazing, great people and sales skills. Went above and beyond to clean jewelry we had bought before and had turned dark. Being a retail mgr, I asked about the associate that 30 min later was still at the desk with the same tray and had not paying one bit of attention to any customers. I was told the store mgr. was on vacation and that assiciate was filling in as manager. Very poor decision by Pandora! From someone with experience in the business take advantage of Crystals skills and have her lead or manage one of your stores!!

This was my very first visit at pandora. Upon arrival I didnt Know much about the store or how things were some. However, a sales associate came and informed me upon merchandise of what they had in stock and what goes good for a gift. As I was Planning to buy something for a gift for someone. Everything went smooth and it was easy for me.

The sales associate gave me top notch service. She was very friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She even offered to clean all of my pandora jewelry. I was a very satisfied customer when I left the store. I can’t wait to go back!

Our sales associciate, Crystal, was very knowledgeable when we asked about the stores jewelry and keeping it clean.

I wanted a particular size ring and they didn’t have my size but Katie told me I could bring the other ring back for exchange if I wasn’t happy

The associate was very nice and helpful; she helped a lot. She was friendly and was easy to talk to. I was able to find more things that I really liked and exchanged my stuff for rings that I found to be cuter.

I brought my daughter's Pandora bracelet in because it was turning yellow. Sales associate, Carmen M. was delightful! She took a Pandora cleaning cloth and brought my daughter's bracelet back to life! She even took all the charms off and polished them as well, being very careful to keep them in order. Then Carmen took the bracelet in the back for further cleaning. The bracelet and charms sparkle like new and I really appreciate all of Carmen's efforts!
