It’s my first bracelet and I’m so excited about collecting charms

It was quick. I purchased the pandoras during the Black Friday. Great deal!

i dropped off a bracelet to be cleaned and they let me pick it up the next morning since i didn't have time to wait around for it. the girl helping me the next day knew where to find some charms i wanted to purchase with very little description. she was very helpful and knowledgeable

I had a damaged Pandora ring. I brought it into the store to see if anything could be done. The sales associates were so helpful and exchanged my ring with no issues.

The sales associate, Crystal (I believe), was really nice! I didn’t have pictures of what I wanted so I (very poorly) described the rings I wanted and she found exactly those rings. The rings are beautiful!
