The store was bright, colorful and great energy. The staff was amazing, attentive and helpful. The promotion spend $125 and receive a bracelet free was the best especially around the holiday's. Spent a good amount of money but my daughter loves Pandora....XO

I went in to get charms for my daughters. Rachel R. Helped me and she was very nice, and knew her way around the store and the merchandise. She was very personable too! Especially her knowledge about the Disney charms!!!!

I was impressed with how clean the store was. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Katie and Carmen were friendly and quick to assist. There should be more employees like these two everywhere. I would come back to this store based on this experience.

It was thanksgiving night, there was a line, but the associate kept everyone smiling while waiting, and it wasn't a long wait, and my sales person was extremely helpful and nice.
