Excellent and kind service by both sales associate Crystal P and her wonderful manager!

My Pandora bracelet broke today. I was very upset. I had lost all my charms which I have received from vacations and holidays. I was fortunate enough to back track and find all but one charm. When I called customer service to talk to them about the issue, they told me that they could replace the bracelet but the lost charm is not covered. After calling places of purchase and getting no where because they didn’t answer. The store in the pheasant lane mall where I have gotten charms from helped me to the max. Spoke with Andrea who said no worries come right in. She did all that she could to fix things right away. She replaced the broken bracelet and missing charm. Also sold me a clip charm to help this terror from happening again. This employee was amazing and made this awful experience better in the end. I’m very greatful for everything she did to regain my trust in your company and product. Thank you Andrea very much

I was looking for a bracelet that was gold, and simple, yet elegant. I happened to see this gold band w/sparkly charm in a display case and knew right there and then it was just what I was looking for. The sales person answered all of my questions without pressure. I actually left the store a while to think on it, but returned and walked out a very happy, satisfied customer.

The sales woman was very kind and helpful. The selection of merchandise was great. The transaction went very smoothly! I was very impressed and will be back soon!

Earlier this year I lost the birthstone ring my boyfriend got me. I was terribly upset and had been waiting for so long to get it. I walk in looking for this specific ring and the associate was very friendly and located me to the ring right away. It honestly took her longer to take my information down than getting me the ring. Very simply and fast which was super nice and convenient.

I took this survey to rave about Crystal. So helpful and friendly and competent. The first woman waiting on us was curt and unhelpful and almost rude.

Vennis N No. 163118 was excellent! Friendly and knowledgeable on the merchandise. She assisted us immediately and showed us anything we wanted to look at! I will go back to have Vennis help us again. You need more salespeople like her!
