The lady that served me was very good and found what I needed. Plus from that I bought extra while I was in the store.

Clerk was most helpful and presented several choices for my granddaughter to select for her "charm"

I was exchanging a bracelet that was too small for me. I gave the salesperson my receipt in order to make the exchange. I purchased it around Mother’s Day and she had to look up the numbers for it. She spent some time trying and was very methodical in order to help me out. She apologized to me for the time it took and I was not upset at all!!! She and her associates were so professional and pleasant. It was an excellent and positive experience shopping at your store. I will highly recommend Pandora to all of my friends. Peg Metheny
