I went in looking for several specific items and the sales associate not only knew if they were available or not, but also exactly where they were. I was able to discuss my purchase with her and she made a few recommendations based on my current bracelet. She also gave my daughter a lollipop after asking me first, which was very kind.

The associates were very helpful with showing us what was available in the ring size we were looking for. The quality and quantity of rings available was amazing. The sales associate offered to wrap the item. We left feeling accomplished; found perfect gift for my daughter.

I needed to return the bracelet, it broke and when I walked in the sales rep remembered me and I believe it may have been the manager that she turned me over to and the bracelet was replaced, I had also bought a charm online and didn't know how to get it on the bracelet and she also did that for me as well.

The associate manage to direct me to the item that i wanted and stepped a aside for moment to give us time to think rather than suggesting something that we dont want like other stores. She also manage to pick the correct size ring on the first try by looking at my finger. That was amazing.
