We went in specifically looking for the Me line of charms for a gift for my daughter. The salesperson was very friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. She showed us quite a few options and made the process an easy one.

The associate Jackie that assisted me when I visited the Pandora store at the Pheasant Lane mall yesterday was amazing! As soon as my boyfriend and I entered the store we were greeted and shown the variety of newer that was on display. She was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me find the perfect ring for me. She was so friendly and made the visit wonderful. She was the best associate I could have asked for and had excellent customer service skills!!
