My sales associate was extremely helpful, friendly, and made my visit very positive. She make me feel safe and comfortable. She did an excellent job at making others feel attended to while helping me. I will come back if only to do business with her again!

Only a short wait to enter store due to COVID protocol. The salesgirls were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were the manager and assistant manager.

From the moment I walked into the store the salesperson introduced herself to me and asked for my name and throughout the visit she referred to me by my first name. She also asked me questions about myself which I thought was very friendly. And at the end thanked me for visiting the store and hoped that I would return soon.

I visited the pandora store in The pheasant lane mall in NH. It was great as usual, Kristen helped me this time and she was amazing, answered all my questions even though I had a million. Love this store!

Justine was so very friendly and helpful. I felt very safe inside the store, and it was immaculate. She took the time to clean my bracelet. It looks like new!
