My saleswoman was Jackie,she was super friendly and helped me pick the correct bracelet— I have a tiny wrist and she got me one that fit perfectly!!! Better than What Barmakian jewelers could do!! I am very happy with my bracelet and 😍 love it!

The sales associate was not only knowledgeable about merchandise, she took notice of the "theme" of my bracelet and recommended a charm to add. She was pleasant and friendly and remained calm when the store became busy even though she was working alone.

I previously visited the Natick location and received no information on warranty’s - I returned the ring I purchased from Natick at the Nashua location and received information on returns. The sales associate was friendly and welcoming. I will return to the nashua location.
