I have come into the store due to a chemical reaction that had happend to all three of my rings. I have addressed it to one of the workers there and they have provided me with really good service in helping me clean my rings. They are good as new now!

I went in to replace a bracelet that sadly broke. Niamh was very happy to help replace my bracelet for my warranty. She went over all the details of what I should and shouldn’t be doing in my bracelet and was very kind.

The salesperson was so kind and very helpful.

I ordered a ring in a size too big. Niamh at store 0150 was super helpful picking out the perfect size. Also, she asked if I would like her to polish my other Pandora rings on my hands. I thought that was such a personal touch to my visit.
