My boyfriend ordered a ring for me off of the website store and it was the wrong size. He called and they told him if he has his receipt, which he had in an email, that we could come to the store and exchange it for the right size. Niamh M. was very helpful in helping me find the right size, and even knew the ring I was wearing. She made the experience wonderful and left very happy!

Went to buy a rose gold bracelet and charms for my grand daughter’s 9th birthday. My sales person was Justine J. She spent the time I needed to make my decision and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was a pleasure shopping at this store.

Every time I visit the local store in the mall, the employees are incredible. I had no trouble getting help and purchasing what I had come in to get. I will say I do not find the website easy to use, since that was the reason for me going to the store to purchase my charms. It isn’t easy to use at all.
