Service was fast and helpful. Every time I go there I leave the store with a smile knowing they helped me get the right gift for my wife.

The sales associate was overall very friendly and very helpful. Without her I would have been relatively clueless.

The sales associate was by herself it was around lunch time so I believe the other girl was at lunch. I wish I got her name because she was handling the crowd very well. When I got in there was 2 customers and myself and she gave us each the attention we each needed. I came in because the charm I ordered online did not fit the bracelet I bought and I was just going to exchange it. The girl knew how to fix it so fast. She was so amazing that I ended up buying a bracelet for myself and 2 charms. I had no plans or needs or wants to do that just that experience with her was so delightful. There was people she had to serve after I decided to buy so she was handling them and they came to me and they were buying and trying on things so it wasn’t just a small fast thing these customers wanted done. I was so impressed with how calm and collected she was with the crowd. Again I wish caught her name because she was a rock star and I really would like to have her recognized
