I waited until December 23rd to take my 9 year-old son to the Pheasant Lane Mall to buy charms for his mom (my ex-wife) for Christmas. While the line outside was about a 40 minute wait, once inside employee Shay was super sweet and helped us find the perfect gifts. She deserves special recognition, for there were many customers and yet she made my boy and me feel important.

Excellent customer service. Even though I waited in line for 20 minutes or so, the service was the best and so friendly and helpful. My recommendation is to add chairs. Being an elder person, it was painful to stand for so long with no respite.

The woman who took care of us was very warm , caring , helpful, patient, and friendly! We had to wait in line to get in the store but it was a Saturday evening right before Christmas and the 2 woman working were very diligent about doing their best to keep the line moving without making you feel rushed!
