Purchased what I was looking for and sales associate was very nice

Jordan was an excellent sales associate. She greeted me immediately as I walked in the door she knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to make suggestions just based on what she was looking at and she was accurate.

I was highly satisfied with the service and the associate taking care of me . Made it very simple for me as I walked in and walk out with what I wanted .

All the ladies are very helpful,knowledgeable very thoroughl with trying to help find the right bracelet or charms for you. There outgoing always cheerful,, happy to help no matter what there doing. I like the fact if one of the girls don't know something they do ask the other girls that are working with and they help. I love all the staff in the store

I went into the store not knowing what to buy and I got help from a woman named Monika. She was so nice, so patient, so kind, she was so professional I loved it and felt very comfortable especially I was with all my kids. But I was so excited to see her Pandora bracelets that she had on and now want to reach my goal in catching up to her because it loomed so beautiful on her. Highly recommend going back this week and I hope I get greeted with the same person Monika B.

Our sales associate Jordan, was super friendly and understanding when a ring we purchased over the last year broke in half. She issued a credit for us and we got a new ring. We will be back to see Jordan.

The associate was so attentive. What needed was available. Loved my purchase. But the associate really won me over when she was able to calm my rambunctious 2 year old. She was so patient with me and kind to him. So it was a great experience. She didn't just care about making the sale. She cared for me as a whole person. I went by a few days later and she remember me and ask for my son.
