We love the products from Pandora. They are unique, good quality and quite stylish. The store are always clean and display looks great. Associates are friendly and knowledgeable about the products.

I was very satisfied with my experience. I was waited on right away and did not have to wait. The sales associated chatted with me about my purchase and the Valentine's collection as well.

Great customer service

The staff member was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. My husband wanted to purchase a surprise gift for me and asked me to step out of the store, the sales associate was able to help him pick something that he liked for me and even told him to just bring it back if it was too small and she would fix it.

I love my bracelets! They did not have the bracelet I originally ordered but I was able to get another one that I love! The store was packed but they did a good job managing the crowd.

With the popularity of Pandora, the shop was crowded and I had to wait as usual for a sales associate. She was very knowledgeable and had a lot of patience without rushing me to look at everything I was interested in. I’ve had my eye on buying a silver bracelet and found the one that worked.

Everytime go to the store in Christiana Mall i am always greeted with a smile and i like that from the sales associate also they are very experience when it comes to the merchandise i would recommended to my friends
