Associates were very friendly, I had to return a charm I bought for my granddaughter that had broken I have given her for her 16th birthday. She was so upset it had broken and had lost part of charm. Replaced at Pandora when no problems and associate was was so nice and return was so smooth with no issues!

The store was very clean. The sales team were very helpful in recommending sizes and clips that I might like. Since I was the only customer in the store, I felt like a celebrity and the associates were eager to help me.
