Me and a friend came in only to make an exchange, and Katrin was so nice I ended up making a purchase. She went out of her way to check for my ring size and even better it was the last one.

I was highly satisfied because they lady I was working with knew where everything was. Helped me at a great rate of time with no problems. She also advise me on what I could do for my daughters that I wanted brackets for.

Customer service was very good. Merchandise I wanted from previous visit was finally there. This visit I was offered cleaning of my bracelet when previous visit back in December I was told they don’t clean jewelry. This new manager now is very up beat and positive! Love her!
